What kind of work can your team do?
Customer support, image labeling and data annotation, data entry and cleaning, transcription, lead list management and custom projects. If it's repeatable and detail-oriented, we can build a team for it.
What does it cost?
Our rates average $10 an hour per team member, with no setup fees. Your exact rate depends on the role, the skills and training it requires, and whether you choose our managed plan or manage the team yourself.
Where do your team members come from?
We recruit through BYU-Pathway Worldwide, a global online education program. Our candidates hold at least one professional certificate, most have earned or are working toward a bachelor's degree, and they come from faith-driven communities that value honesty and hard work.
How well does your team speak English?
All of our candidates speak English well and are familiar with American culture through their studies at an American university. Most are native English speakers, and many are also bilingual in Spanish, French, Portuguese or whatever language your customers need.
Who manages the team?
That's up to you. On our managed plan, a US-based project manager runs your team day to day and handles quality control. If you'd rather lead the team yourself, our self-managed plan costs less and you work with your team members directly.
How are Sourcehive team members compensated?
We offer competitive compensation and benefits in the countries where our team members live. Our founders started Sourcehive to bring economic growth to places with very little economic opportunity.
